The treatment uses a unique biomimetic technology that supports your body’s natural remineralization process. After it is applied to the affected tooth, minerals naturally found in your saliva are drawn into the weakened enamel over the following weeks, helping to strengthen the tooth from within. This guided remineralization process is intended for early, non-cavitated lesions and helps preserve natural tooth structure.

What to Expect During Treatment

Curodont treatment is simple and usually takes only a few minutes. First, we’ll carefully clean and prepare the tooth. The Curodont solution is then applied directly to the weakened area.

After your appointment, the material begins working beneath the tooth’s surface. Over the next several weeks, minerals from your saliva gradually strengthen the enamel. We may recommend regular follow-up visits so we can monitor the area and confirm that the tooth is responding as expected.

Because there is no drilling or anesthesia, most patients can return to their normal daily activities immediately after treatment.
