At Creekside Park Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Chris Anton and Dr. Angela Anton design smiles with modern porcelain veneers. Think of it as commissioning a piece of art, except the canvas is your face, and the result is something you’ll wear with confidence every single day.

Veneers offer a beautiful solution for many dental concerns. They can soften long-standing discoloration, close gaps, or completely transform the shape and alignment of your teeth. The results are as durable as they are aesthetic. And with two Fellowship-trained dentists who share a passion for cosmetic artistry, you’re in exceptionally capable hands.

Porcelain Veneers in The Woodlands, TX

What Are Porcelain Veneers?

Porcelain veneers are thin, custom-crafted shells that bond to the front surface of your teeth. At our cosmetic dentistry, each one is made specifically for you. We design them to complement your facial features, skin tone, and personality.

Dr. Chris and Dr. Angela have spent over two decades honing their skills. They understand how light interacts with enamel, how subtle shifts in contour can change your whole expression, and how to create smiles that look like they were always meant to be there.

Veneers can address a wide range of concerns:

  • Teeth that are permanently stained or discolored (think tetracycline stains or aging fillings)
  • Chips, cracks, or minor wear from years of grinding
  • Gaps between teeth that you’ve always wished would close
  • Teeth that are slightly misaligned or irregularly shaped
  • A smile that doesn’t feel like “you” anymore

The Creekside Park Difference: Two Dentists, One Vision

What sets our veneers apart? It starts with the credentials. Both Dr. Chris and Dr. Angela hold Fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). Fewer than 10% of dentists nationwide have earned this honor. This means they’ve completed hundreds of hours of advanced training in restorative and cosmetic techniques.

But ask any of our patients, and they’ll tell you something different. They’ll tell you about how Dr. Angela sat with them, really listened, and understood exactly what they wanted. Or how Dr. Chris explained every step with such clarity that their anxiety melted away.

Veneers are an investment in your smile, your confidence, and how you move through the world. You deserve dentists who treat that investment with the gravity it deserves.

Your Veneer Journey: From Consultation to Confident Smile

We’ve designed our process to be as comfortable and collaborative as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

Step 1: Your Consultation

This is my favorite part. You’ll sit down with Dr. Chris or Dr. Angela, and we’ll talk about your smile. Tell us what you love, what you’d change, what you’ve always wanted. We’ll look at photos, discuss possibilities, and use digital imaging to give you a preview of your new smile.

Step 2: The Artistry Begins (Preparation)

Once you’re ready to move forward, we gently prepare your teeth. This involves removing a thin layer of enamel to make room for your veneers. We take our time, preserve as much natural structure as possible, and ensure you’re comfortable throughout.

Step 3: Crafting Your Smile

We take digital impressions and send them to a master ceramist who handcrafts each veneer. While you wait, we’ll place temporary veneers so you can still smile with confidence.

Step 4: The Big Reveal (Placement)

About two weeks later, your veneers are ready. We’ll remove the temporaries, clean your teeth, and bond each veneer into place. We’ll check the fit, the shade, the way light dances across the surface. And then we’ll hand you a mirror. This is the moment we live for.

Step 5: Life With Your New Smile

We’ll schedule a follow-up to ensure everything feels perfect. After that, you care for your veneers as you would your natural teeth. Brush, floss, and see us twice a year. With proper care, your veneers can grace your smile for 15 years or more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do veneers look fake?

Only if they’re done poorly, this is where experience matters. Poorly done veneers can look bulky, opaque, or unnaturally white. Dr. Chris and Dr. Angela design each veneer with natural translucence and subtle color variations. Most people won’t know you have veneers; they’ll think you have a really great smile.

Is the process painful?

Most patients report little to no discomfort. We use local anesthesia during the preparation phase, and any post-procedure sensitivity typically resolves within a few days. Patients consistently tell us the experience was far easier than they expected.

How long do veneers last?

With good oral hygiene and regular checkups, porcelain veneers commonly last 10–15 years, and often longer. Avoiding nail-biting, ice-chewing, and using your teeth as tools will help extend their life.

Will my insurance cover veneers?

Because veneers are primarily a cosmetic procedure, most dental insurance plans don’t cover them. However, we offer flexible financing options through CareCredit and in-house payment plans to make your dream smile accessible. Our team can walk you through the costs and options during your consultation.

Can I get just one veneer?

Absolutely. If you have a single tooth that’s discolored, chipped, or misshapen, a single veneer can blend it seamlessly with the surrounding teeth. This is more common than you might think, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see how one small change can transform someone’s smile.

How do I know if I’m a candidate?

Ideal candidates have healthy gums and enough enamel to support the veneers. If you grind your teeth at night, we may recommend a night guard to protect your investment. During your consultation, we’ll evaluate your oral health and discuss whether veneers or an alternative is right for you.
